プライバシーポリシー（日本語版・正文）

LI GUANGLAI（個人事業主。以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するスマートフォンアプリケーション「Sentto（センット）」（以下「本サービス」といいます）における、利用者の個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

第1条（事業者情報）

第2条（収集する情報）

  1. アカウント情報：メールアドレス（メール＋パスワードによる登録の場合）。Apple ID（Sign in with Apple）でログインする場合は、Appleが提供する匿名転送用メールアドレス（プライベートリレー）を含む場合があります。
  2. 入力コンテンツ：利用者が本サービスに入力した中国語の文章（原文テキスト）
  3. 生成コンテンツ：AIが生成した日本語の例文、ふりがな（読み仮名）、ローマ字表記、および音声合成（TTS）による音声データ
  4. お気に入り情報：利用者が「お気に入り」に登録した文章の履歴
  5. 利用状況データ：1日あたりのAI生成回数、機能の利用ログ、無料プラン／Pro（有料）プランの区分
  6. 端末情報：OSの種類・バージョン、アプリのバージョン、端末の識別情報等の技術情報
  7. 決済関連情報：本サービスの有料プラン（Pro）はApple App Storeのアプリ内課金を通じて提供されるため、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報自体はApple Inc.が管理し、当社は取得しません。当社が取得するのは、Appleから通知される購入・サブスクリプションのステータス（有効／無効等）のみです。

第3条（利用目的）

当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的のために利用します。

  1. 本サービスの提供（AIによる日本語例文生成、音声合成・再生、お気に入り管理、ログイン状態の維持等）
  2. 無料プランの利用回数管理およびPro会員資格の判定
  3. 本サービスの維持、不具合の調査・対応、品質改善
  4. 重要なお知らせ、規約・本ポリシーの変更等の通知（メール送信）
  5. 法令に基づく対応、当社の権利・財産の保護のために必要な場合

第4条（第三者提供・外国にある第三者への提供）

当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の外部事業者に情報を送信・処理委託します。このうち(1)(2)は日本国外（中華人民共和国）にある事業者への提供に該当します。

(1) DeepSeek（深度求索、中華人民共和国）

利用者が入力した中国語の文章を、AIによる日本語例文生成のためのリクエストとして、DeepSeek社が提供するAPIに送信します。DeepSeek社のプライバシーポリシーにより、当該情報は中華人民共和国内のサーバーに保存される旨が明記されています。

(2) 火山引擎（Volcengine、字節跳動（バイトダンス）グループ、中華人民共和国）

AIが生成した日本語の文章テキストを、音声合成（TTS）処理のため火山引擎社のAPIに送信し、生成された音声データを受領します。

個人情報保護法第28条に基づく開示事項（(1)(2)共通）：

当該国の個人情報保護制度 中華人民共和国には独自の個人情報保護法制（個人情報保護法・データセキュリティ法等）が存在しますが、日本の個人情報保護委員会による「同等の水準にあると認められる国」の指定（十分性認定。現時点でEU・英国のみが指定対象）は受けていません。
提供先が講ずる保護措置 各社が公表するプライバシーポリシー・利用規約に基づく安全管理措置（暗号化通信等）。当社は各社の一次情報を確認したうえで採用していますが、日本国内の水準と同一であることを保証するものではありません。
送信される情報の範囲 (1)については入力された中国語文章のテキストのみ。(2)についてはAI生成後の日本語文章テキストのみ。利用者のメールアドレス等のアカウント情報は送信しません。

本人の同意：利用者が本サービスの利用登録時に本ポリシーに同意することをもって、上記(1)(2)への個人データ（入力文章・生成文章）の越境移転に同意したものとして取り扱います。同意しない場合は本サービスのAI生成機能をご利用いただけません。

(3) Cloudflare, Inc.（米国／グローバル）

(5) サーバーインフラ（第三者提供に該当しません）

本サービスのデータベース・認証基盤（Supabase）は、当社が日本国内のデータセンター（Kagoya）に自社で構築・運用するサーバー上で自己ホスティングしています。外部のSupabaseクラウドサービスは利用していないため、これは第三者提供ではなく、当社が管理する環境内でのデータ処理です。

(6) 上記以外

法令に基づき開示を求められた場合、または利用者の同意がある場合を除き、上記以外の第三者へ個人情報を提供することはありません。

第5条（保存期間）

  1. アカウント情報は、利用者から退会（アカウント削除）のお申し出があった日から7日以内に削除します。バックアップ等の技術的な複製データについても、同期間内に順次消去します。
  2. 入力文章・生成文章・お気に入り情報は、当該アカウントが存続する限り、またはお気に入りから削除されるまで保存します。
  3. 本文書作成時点では、アプリ内に自動退会（アカウント削除）機能を実装していません。退会をご希望の場合は、support@vjiong.com（第7条のお問い合わせ窓口）までご連絡ください。当該機能実装後は本ポリシーを改定のうえ案内します。

第6条（利用者の権利）

利用者は、当社所定の方法により、当社が保有する自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止を請求することができます。当社は、ご請求から3営業日以内に電子メールにて対応します。請求は第7条のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。

第7条（Cookie等のトラッキング技術・アクセス解析）

本文書作成時点において、当社は本サービス内でGoogle Analytics等の第三者アクセス解析ツールを導入していません。将来的に導入する場合は、本ポリシーを改定のうえ、その旨を利用者に告知します。

第8条（児童のプライバシー）

本サービスは13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。13歳未満の児童の個人情報を当社が誤って取得したことが判明した場合、速やかに削除する等の適切な措置を講じます。

第9条（安全管理措置）

当社は、取得した個人情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、通信の暗号化（TLS）、データベースのアクセス制御（Row Level Security等）その他必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

第10条（本ポリシーの変更）

当社は、法令の改正や本サービスの内容変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内またはメールにより利用者に周知します。

第2条（收集的信息）

  1. 账号信息：邮箱地址（邮箱+密码注册时）；使用 Apple 登录（Sign in with Apple）时，可能包含 Apple 提供的隐私中继匿名邮箱。
  2. 输入内容：用户在本服务中输入的中文原文文本。
  3. 生成内容：AI 生成的日语例句、假名注音、罗马音，以及文本转语音（TTS）生成的音频数据。
  4. 收藏信息：用户收藏的句子记录。
  5. 使用情况数据：每日 AI 生成次数、功能使用日志、免费/Pro（付费）会员状态。
  6. 设备信息：操作系统类型与版本、App 版本、设备识别信息等技术信息。
  7. 支付相关信息：本服务的 Pro 付费方案通过 App Store 内购提供，信用卡号等支付信息由 Apple Inc. 管理，本公司不会获取。本公司仅获取 Apple 通知的购买/订阅状态（有效/无效等）。

第3条（使用目的）

  1. 提供本服务（AI 生成日语例句、语音合成与播放、收藏管理、维持登录状态等）。
  2. 管理免费方案的使用次数并判定 Pro 会员资格。
  3. 维护本服务、调查处理故障、改进质量。
  4. 发送重要通知、条款及本政策变更等通知（邮件）。
  5. 依据法令要求进行应对，或为保护本公司权利与财产之必要。

第4条（第三方提供・向境外第三方提供个人信息）

本公司在提供本服务过程中，会向以下境外（含中国大陆）第三方发送/委托处理信息。其中(1)(2)属于向日本境外（中华人民共和国）事业者提供个人信息。

(1) DeepSeek（深度求索，中华人民共和国）

将用户输入的中文文本作为 AI 生成日语例句的请求内容，发送至 DeepSeek 提供的 API。根据 DeepSeek 隐私政策，相关信息会保存在中华人民共和国境内服务器。

(2) 火山引擎（Volcengine，字节跳动集团，中华人民共和国）

将 AI 生成后的日语文本发送至火山引擎 API 用于语音合成（TTS），并接收生成的音频数据。

依据日本《个人信息保护法》第28条的披露事项（(1)(2)共通）：

用户同意：用户在注册使用本服务时同意本政策，即视为同意将个人数据（输入文本、生成文本）向上述(1)(2)进行跨境传输。若不同意，将无法使用本服务的 AI 生成功能。

(5) 服务器基础设施（不构成第三方提供）

本服务的数据库与认证基础设施（Supabase）由本公司自行搭建并运行在日本国内数据中心（Kagoya）上（自托管）。未使用外部 Supabase 云服务，因此这不属于向第三方提供，而是本公司自行管理环境内的数据处理。

(6) 除上述以外

除依法被要求披露，或经用户同意的情形外，本公司不会向上述以外的第三方提供个人信息。

第5条（保存期限）

  1. 账号信息将自用户提出退出（删除账号）申请之日起7 日内删除。备份等技术性副本数据也将在同一期限内陆续清除。
  2. 输入文本、生成文本、收藏信息将保存至该账号存续期间，或至从收藏中删除为止。
  3. 截至本文书制作时，App 内尚未实装自动退出（删除账号）功能。如需退出，请通过 support@vjiong.com（第7条所列联系方式）与本公司联系。该功能实装后将修订本政策并另行通知。

第6条（用户权利）

用户可按本公司规定方式，就本公司持有的自身个人信息，请求查阅、更正、追加、删除、停止使用。本公司将在收到请求后 3 个工作日内通过邮件予以处理。请求请联系第7条所列窗口。

第7条（Cookie 等追踪技术・访问分析）

截至本文书制作时，本公司未在本服务中引入 Google Analytics 等第三方访问分析工具。未来如引入，将修订本政策并告知用户。

第8条（儿童隐私）

本服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童。若发现本公司误收集了 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息，将及时采取删除等适当措施。

第9条（安全管理措施）

本公司为防止已获取个人信息的泄露、灭失或损毁，将采取通信加密（TLS）、数据库访问控制（如 Row Level Security）等必要且适当的安全管理措施。

第10条（本政策的变更）

本公司可能因法令修订或本服务内容变更等修订本政策。如有重大变更，将通过 App 内或邮件通知用户。

Article 2 (Information We Collect)

  1. Account information: Email address (for email/password registration). If you sign in with Apple ID (Sign in with Apple), this may include Apple's private relay email address.
  2. Input content: The Chinese-language text you enter into the Service.
  3. Generated content: AI-generated Japanese sentences, furigana (kana readings), romaji, and text-to-speech (TTS) audio data.
  4. Favorites: Records of sentences you have bookmarked/favorited.
  5. Usage data: Daily AI generation count, feature usage logs, free/Pro subscription status.
  6. Device information: OS type and version, app version, device identifiers, and other technical information.
  7. Payment-related information: The Pro subscription is offered through Apple's in-app purchase. Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled and stored by Apple Inc.; we do not receive them. We only receive the purchase/subscription status (active/inactive) from Apple.

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

  1. To provide the Service (AI-generated Japanese sentences, text-to-speech playback, favorites management, maintaining login sessions, etc.).
  2. To manage free-tier usage limits and determine Pro subscription eligibility.
  3. To maintain the Service, investigate and resolve issues, and improve quality.
  4. To send important notices and updates regarding these terms or this policy (via email).
  5. To comply with applicable laws and to protect our legal rights and property when necessary.

Article 4 (Third-Party Disclosure and Cross-Border Transfer)

In operating the Service, we send/entrust information to the following third parties outside Japan. Items (1) and (2) below constitute provision of personal data to entities located in the People's Republic of China.

(1) DeepSeek (China)

Chinese-language text you input is sent to DeepSeek's API as part of the request to generate Japanese sentences using AI. Per DeepSeek's own privacy policy, such data is stored on servers located in the People's Republic of China.

(2) Volcengine (ByteDance Group, China)

The AI-generated Japanese sentence text is sent to Volcengine's API for text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis, and the resulting audio data is received back.

Disclosures required under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), Article 28 (applicable to both (1) and (2)):

Consent: By agreeing to this Policy when registering for the Service, you consent to the cross-border transfer of personal data (input text and generated text) to (1) and (2) above. If you do not consent, you will not be able to use the AI generation features of the Service.

The Service's database and authentication backend (Supabase) is self-hosted by us on our own server at a data center in Japan (Kagoya). We do not use Supabase's external cloud service. As such, this does not constitute provision to a third party; it is data processing within an environment we directly manage.

(6) No other disclosures

Except as required by law or with user consent, we do not provide personal information to any third party other than those listed above.

Article 5 (Retention Period)

  1. Upon a user's request to delete their account, we will delete account information within 7 days of the request. Technical copies such as backups will also be purged within the same period.
  2. Input text, generated text, and favorites are retained for as long as the account exists, or until removed from favorites.
  3. As of this document, the app does not yet have a self-service account deletion feature. To request account deletion, please contact us at support@vjiong.com (see Article 7). Once this feature is implemented, this Policy will be updated accordingly.

Article 6 (User Rights)

Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information held by us, in accordance with our designated procedures. We will respond by email within 3 business days of receiving such a request. Please contact us via Article 7.

Article 7 (Cookies and Analytics)

As of this document, we do not use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics within the Service. If we introduce such tools in the future, we will revise this Policy and notify users accordingly.

Article 8 (Children's Privacy)

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate action, including deletion of such information.

Article 9 (Security Measures)

We implement reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information we hold, including encrypted communications (TLS) and database access controls (e.g., Row Level Security).

Article 10 (Changes to This Policy)

We may revise this Policy in response to changes in applicable law or the Service. In the event of a material change, we will notify users via the app or by email.
